                           c. Some states limit or prohibit the use of aggregation endorsements; and the rules
and regulations of each state should be considered before issuing an aggregation
For instance, some states prohibit the aggregation of policies with
policies from another state (interstate aggregation) but allow the aggregation of
policies issued within that particular state (intrastate aggregation).

                           d. Delaware, Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania permit only intrastate
aggregation of properties. Thus, in these states, only intrastate aggregation
                               endorsements may be issued.

                           e. When an ALTA 12.1 is required for a policy in one state, then each of the
other loan policies to be aggregated should include an ALTA 12.1 (regardless of
whether or not the aggregated amount exceeds the single risk limit for that
                               particular state).
