Future Advance - Letter of Credit
This endorsement insures future advances made where the insured mortgage secures a letter
of credit. Since those obligations will not arise until the letter is drawn on, state law will need to
be analyzed to determine the priority of future advances with respect to the letter of credit. This
endorsement is only available for loan policies.
