Contiguity - Specified Parcels
The ALTA 19.2 is intended for use when two or more separately described parcels that touch at
either a common point or along a common boundary as shown and identified on an accurate
survey are being insured in the policy. The endorsement may be used when some, but not all the
parcels described in a policy are contiguous to each other, or when all parcels are contiguous. This
endorsement is available for owner’s and loan policies.
