Land Address
The new ALTA 22.2 provides coverage for loss or damage if the unimproved land insured is not
known by a specific stated address identified in the endorsement according to the records of a
certain office such as the tax records at the assessor’s office or the United States Post Office. This
endorsement is available for owner’s and loan policies.
