ALTA 34.1
Identified Exception & Identified Risk Coverage
The ALTA 34.1 endorsement is a variation of the ALTA 34 endorsement, designed to provide more
flexibility when insuring over an identified risk, by restructuring the language and providing for
a separate section to identify the consequences of the Identified Risk for which coverage will be
provided. This endorsement is available for both owner’s and loan policies.
