Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions – Land Under Development – Owner’s Policy
The ALTA 9.8 provides similar coverages to that in the ALTA 9.2, but also, provides coverage for
“Future Improvements” according to “Plans” as specified in the endorsement. The Company must
be provided with a copy of plans and specifications for the future improvements to issue. This
endorsement is available for owner’s policies only.
