SAME AS SURVEY ENDORSEMENT SERIES
ALTA ENDORSEMENTS 25-06, 25.1-06

I. Purpose:

These endorsements insure that the survey identified in the endorsement is the
same as the land described in Schedule A of the policy.

The ALTA 25 series of endorsements may be issued with both owner’s and loan
policies.

II. Coverage Provided:

a. ALTA 25-06 (Same as Survey): Insures that the description of the land shown in
Schedule A is the same as the land shown on the identified survey.

b. ALTA 25.1-06 (Same as Portion of Survey): Insures that the description of the
land shown in Schedule A is the same as the land shown on the mentioned
survey, but it is used where the survey shows more land than the land insured in
the policy.

III. Title Tips:

An ALTA/NSPS survey depicting the improvement on the land is relied upon to issue
this endorsement.
