ALTA ENDORSEMENT 33-06

I. Purpose:

The ALTA 33-06 endorsement is designed to be issued in conjunction with a
construction loan disbursement during a construction project.

The ALTA 33-06 endorsement may be issued with loan policies only.

II. Coverage Provided:

The ALTA 33-06 endorsement acts as a "date-down" endorsement for construction
disbursements and is used solely in connection with the ALTA 32 The
endorsement provides for a change to the Date of Coverage as defined in the ALTA
32 series but does not change the Date of Policy or any other endorsements issued in
connection with the policy.

III. Title Tips:

a. The ALTA 33-06 endorsement may only be issued in connection with the ALTA 32
series.

b. The Date of Coverage in the ALTA 33 is customarily the date through which the
public records can be searched as part of the title update.

c. The endorsement requires the insertion of any additional exceptions resulting
from a “date-down” search done in connection with the issuance of the
endorsement.
