ALTA 32.1
Construction Loan – Loss of Priority – Direct Payment
The ALTA 32.1 endorsement provides coverage only to the extent that direct payments are made to
a supplier of services, labor, equipment, or material by the Company (defined as the Insurer), and
only for services, labor, materials, or equipment for which the Mechanic’s Lien is claimed. There is
no coverage for any mechanics liens for services, labor, equipment, or materials furnished after the
Date of Coverage or to the extent that the Company did not directly pay a supplier of services, labor,
equipment, or materials. This endorsement is only available for loan policies.
