ALTA 32
Construction Loan
The ALTA 32 endorsement provides coverage only to the extent that the charges for the services,
labor, equipment, or materials are designated for payment in the documents supporting a
Construction Loan Advance, disbursed by or on behalf of the Insured, on or before the Date of
Coverage. There is no coverage for any mechanics liens for services, labor, equipment, or materials
furnished after the Date of Coverage, or those not designated for payment in the documents
supporting the Construction Loan Advance. This endorsement is only available for loan policies.
