Endorsement Energy Project - Fee Estate - Loan Policy
The ALTA 36.8 endorsement is the loan policy counterpart to the ALTA 36.7 endorsement for issuance
of owner’s policies when fee simple title is insured in Schedule A. The loss may be triggered by
“ejectment” from the Land. This endorsement is available for loan policies only.
