Multiple Tax Parcel – Easements

This endorsement insures that the insured land is maintained on the real estate tax rolls as several
different parcels which are insured as each having a unique tax identification number and contains
no more or less property than the property described in Schedule A.

Section 2 of the ALTA 18.1 endorsement also insures against loss or damage sustained by the

Insured if the insured easement(s), if any, described in Schedule A can be extinguished by non-
payment of real estate taxes, or assessments, or other charges imposed on the servient estate by
a governmental authority against the burdened property. This endorsement is available for owner’s

and loan policies.
