Multiple Tax Parcel

This endorsement insures that the insured land is maintained on the real estate tax rolls as several
different parcels which are insured as each having a unique tax identification number and contains
no more or less property than the property described in Schedule A.

This endorsement does not insure against loss or damage sustained by the Insured if the insured

easement(s), if any, described in Schedule A can be extinguished by non-payment of real estate
taxes, or assessments, or other charges imposed on the servient estate by a governmental authority
against the burdened property. This endorsement is available for owner’s and loan policies.
