Single Tax Parcel and ID

This endorsement insures that the insured land is maintained on the real estate tax rolls as one
tax parcel and contains no more or less property than the property described in Schedule A. It
also insures the land is taxed under a specific identification number. This endorsement is avail-

able for owner’s and loan policies.
