        Energy Project - Leasehold-Owner’s



        This endorsement is intended for energy projects in which only a leasehold interest is being insured.
        It is identical to the ALTA 36 (Leasehold Owners) in all particulars, except that it does not contain any
        insurance pertaining to easements. It is intended to be issued for property under development. This

        endorsement is available for owner’s policies only.
