Energy Project - Leasehold - Loan
This endorsement is the loan policy counterpart to the ALTA 36.2 and is intended for energy projects
in which a leasehold interest is being insured but not an easement. It is identical to the ALTA 36.2,
except for the inclusion of the definition of “Tenant,” which is identical to the definition in the ALTA
36.1. This endorsement is available for loan policies only.
