Energy Project - Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions - Land Under Development - Owner’s
This endorsement is a modified ALTA 9.8 that is specifically tailored for energy projects. The
coverages and exclusions are the same as in the ALTA 9.8, except that they apply only to a violation
of a covenant, condition or restriction relating to Electricity Facilities and Severable Improvements as
those terms are defined in the endorsement. This endorsement is available for owner’s policies only.
