ALTA 36.5-06
Energy Project - Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions - Land Under Development - Loan
This is the loan counterpart to the ALTA 36.4, and is a modified version of
the ALTA 9.7, specifically tailored for energy projects, and excluding any
mineral and encroachment coverage. The endorsement insures against
violation of covenants, conditions and restrictions, and platted setback lines
by existing or proposed electricity facilities and severable improvements.
It also insures against any notice of violation of environmental covenants
unless there is a Schedule B exception with respect to the environmental
covenant. This endorsement is available for loan policies only.
