ALTA 37-06
Assignment of Rents or Leases
The ALTA 37 endorsement provides coverage for loss or damage due to defects in the execution
of a specified assignment of leases and rents. It also provides coverage for loss or damage due to
other recorded assignment of leases and rents, or other recorded assignment of the lessor’s interest
in a lease affecting the Title, which is not part of instruments disclosed as Schedule B exceptions.
This endorsement does not provide any coverage for the validity, enforceability, or priority of an
assignment of leases or rents. This endorsement is available for loan policies only.
