ALTA 39-06

Policy Authentication

The ALTA 39 endorsement provides that when a policy is issued by the Company with a policy
number and Date of Policy, the Company will not deny liability solely because the policy or any
endorsement was issued electronically or lacks signatures in accordance with the Policy Conditions

requiring original wet signatures to authenticate the policy. This endorsement is not necessary when
ALTA 2021 policy forms are used. This endorsement is available for both owner’s and loan policies.
