ALTA 45-06
Pari Passu Mortgage – Loan Policy
The ALTA 45 endorsement is used for loan transactions involving multiple Insured Mortgages that
are structured to be Pari Passu with each other; meaning that the Insured Mortgages share equal
priority with each other. The Pari Passu structure is usually accomplished with an Intercreditor
Agreement between the various Mortgagees, or within the terms of the mortgage instruments. This
endorsement is available for loan policies only.
