ALTA 43-06
Endorsement - Anti-Taint
The ALTA 43 endorsement is issued when the Insured Mortgage secures obligations under a
revolving credit loan and a term loan. The terms “Revolving Credit Loan” and “Term Loan” are
defined terms in the endorsement. This endorsement indemnifies the Insured against loss or
damage arising from the loss of priority of the lien of the Insured Mortgage as security for the
Term Loan, resulting from subsequent reductions and subsequent increases of the Revolving
Credit Loan. This endorsement is available for loan policies only.
