ALTA 42

Commercial Lender Group Endorsement

The ALTA 42 endorsement may be requested when there is a group of lenders who own portions
of the indebtedness. A Participant is an Insured under the policy to the extent of its ownership of a
portion of the Indebtedness, whether it acquires its portion of the Indebtedness on or after Date of

Policy. This endorsement indemnifies the Insured against loss or damage sustained because of the
invalidity unenforceability, or loss of priority of the lien of the Insured Mortgage caused by transfers

of any portion of the Indebtedness by the Participants after the Date of Policy. This endorsement is
available for loan policies only.
