Water – Described Improvements
The ALTA 41.2 endorsement provides coverage against enforced removal or alteration of a
specified list of existing improvements identified in the endorsement due to the exercise of water
rights estate owner to use the surface of the Land to extract water. This endorsement is available
for both owner’s and loan policies.
