Water - Land Under Development
The ALTA 41.3 endorsement provides coverage against enforced removal or alteration of certain
existing improvements and defined “Future Improvements” due to the exercise by a water rights
estate owner to use the surface of the Land to extract water. Improvements include existing or
future buildings, surface structures, paved roads, walkways, parking areas, driveways, or curbs. This
endorsement is available for both owner’s and loan policies.
