ALTA 41-06
Water - Buildings
The ALTA 41 endorsement provides coverage against enforced removal or alteration of certain
surface improvements due to the exercise by a water rights estate owner to use the surface of the
Land to extract water. “Improvement” is defined as the building(s) located on the Land at the Date of
Policy. This endorsement is available for both owner’s and loan policies.
