Operative Law – 2006 Owner’s Policy Endorsement
This endorsement amends the ALTA Owner’s Policy, to include a new definition for “State” and
“Tribe” in order to clarify that the law of the State will be applied throughout the policy and not the
law of the Tribe. The endorsement also includes optional paragraphs that exclude coverage for
certain matters. This endorsement is available for the 2006 Owner’s Policy only.
