Operative Law – 2006 Loan Policy Endorsement

This endorsement is similar to the ALTA 47 endorsement and amends the 2006 Loan Policy to
include a new definition for “State” and “Tribe” in order to clarify that the law of the State will be
applied throughout the policy, and not the law of the Tribe. The endorsement also includes optional

paragraphs that exclude coverage for certain matters. This endorsement is available for the 2006
ALTA Loan Policy only.
