Operative Law – 2015 Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy
This endorsement is similar to the ALTA 47 endorsement and amends the 2015 Expanded
Coverage Residential Loan Policy, to include a new definition for “State” and “Tribe,” in order to
clarify that the law of the State will be applied throughout the policy and not the law of the Tribe.
The endorsement also includes optional paragraphs that exclude coverage for certain matters.
