Operative Law – 2013 Homeowner’s Policy Endorsement

This endorsement is similar to the ALTA 47 endorsement and amends the 2013 Homeowner’s Policy,
to include a new definition for “State” and “Tribe,” in order to clarify that the law of the State will be
applied throughout the policy and not the law of the Tribe. The endorsement also includes optional

paragraphs that exclude coverage for certain matters. This endorsement is available with the 2013
Homeowner’s Policy only.
