ALTA 48.1
Tribal Limited Waiver and Consent Agreement
The ALTA 48.1 is used when a tribe or tribal entity has executed a sovereign immunity and consent
agreement for the benefit of a title insurer and the terms and provisions of that agreement are
incorporated as part of the policy notwithstanding that it is a separate agreement. This endorsement
is available for owner’s policies only.
