requirements, and concepts of a 1031 exchange; to learn about the various structures of
exchanges

exchange context, to assist the clients in successfully completing their 1031 exchanges

also covered, including examples and references to the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements
for ALTA Land Title Surveys.
To understand easements and surveys, intensive use and reference to maps is required, and will
be utilized in this class.
