                   requirements, and concepts of a 1031 exchange; to learn about the various structures of
                   exchanges

                   structure; and to be able to answer frequently asked questions by clients that arise in a 1031
                   exchange context, to assist the clients in successfully completing their 1031 exchanges
                •  The four types of exchanges

                •  Reverse exchanges & exchanging with related parties
                •  Refinancing before or after and exchange: Can it be done?

                This course is designed to give attendees a better understanding of easements.  Survey basics are
                also covered, including examples and references to the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements
                for ALTA Land Title Surveys.

                To understand easements and surveys, intensive use and reference to maps is required, and will
                be utilized in this class.
